On 09/08/10 I ordered a jade Tiki no.644, emailing Ruth and Terry Urban
that I needed the Tiki asap. due to the fact that my wife is terminally ill.
On 10/8/10 Terry posted the Tiki and on the afternoon of 18/8/10 it arrived.
The quality of the Tiki is really perfect, just as shown on the website.
Ruth and Terry showed, in this very emotional moment in our life, to be
wonderful, understanding and caring people. My wife got the Tiki in time.

The extra touches Ruth and Terry added to our order, goes far beyond just "doing business."

Ruth and Terry are absolutely the most amazing and accommodating team around! In my mind I had a rather specific pendant that I wanted to give as a gift, and I emailed them to discuss. Terry is so creative and was able to work it out just the way I wanted. They are both so incredibly patient and take their time to get it right for you. It was such a wonderful experience to be able to be such an active part of creating this special gift, and that is all because of the Ruth and Terry- they invite your ideas and you comments and are more than happy to work with you to make it special.
