Hi, welcome to the Jade Studio.

All pieces on our site are hand carved from New Zealand Jade or the pounamu named Tangiwai. Every pendant has been carefully crafted and hand sanded by Terry or Ruth. When you purchase your NZ Jade pendant from us you are buying direct from the carvers and we can even tell you what part of New Zealand the Jade came from for each piece. From February 2010 we will start including, ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos for some of the pieces, so you can see the raw stone, carving process and finished piece.

We are keen to share our passion with you and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you have about our work.
